SET-UP:
- Turn base arena upside down and insert ice blocks
- Once all ice blocks are in,?attach arena legs
- Turn arena right-side up
- Place penguin onto ice
HOW TO PLAY:
- On your turn, spin the wheel
- Break the colored ice block that the wheel indicates
- If the ice breaks and the penguin doesn't fall, it's your opponent's turn
- If the penguin falls, you lose
